Prefabricated Units Products

Pre-Fabricated buildings are a popular method of construction around the globe. They are also one of the basic products that support any project’s on-job-site construction activities. They constitute an integral part of the primary phase of any project, offering site offices and accommodation requirements, especially in remote areas.

At SABA, we offer various types of prefabricated buildings catering to our clients’ various needs in terms of time of delivery and design specifications with excellent workmanship, quality and after-sales services.

What is Cold-Formed Steel Construction?

CFS and also known as LGS (Light Gauge Steel) is the use of roll formed structural grade light gauge steel members to replace conventional framing techniques in building construction, i.e. (Concrete columns, beams or Hot-Rolled Steel columns, Beams).

The steel members in CFS are made of structural grade steel that has been corrosion treated by the galvanizing process. Steel thickness can range between 0.75-12mm. The steel members are used to create vertical and horizontal studs, to create load and non-load bearing walls. It is also used to create floor framing by assembling floor joists, roof trusses.

1. Non- Bearing Walls

It is considered a complementary product for the structural elements, it uses (C) LGC profile with dimensions of 89 x 41 x 41 mm.

The walls are designed based on the architectural design data, manufactured by the production line, assembled and transported to the site.

Applications

  • Interior partition walls for homes, hotels and multi-use buildings.
  • External cladding structure

2. Bearing Walls

It is one of the most important structural elements in buildings. Bearing walls are engineered to be able to withstand emerging and dead loads in the building. It uses (C) LGC profile with dimensions of 89 x 41 x 41 mm.

Applications

  • Multi-story buildings to 3 floors.
  • Multiple-use buildings.
  • Portable buildings.
  • Modular buildings.
  • Buildings Extensions.

3. Structural Roofs (Joists-Trusses)

Ceiling joists: one of the structural components in the LGS system to support the ceiling layers, whether they are concrete or metal.

Truss: A structural component used for finishing in buildings or warehouses.

We use section (C) in the design and manufacture of roof joists and trusses with dimensions - 89 x 41 x 41 mm.

Applications

  • Concrete Slabs, Precast aerated concrete Slabs.
  • Sandwich Panel.
  • Fiber cement floors and ceilings.
  • Pyramidal ceilings and warehouse ceilings.
